Due to the great distance between Mars and the earth, I believe the video streaming is not real time , but has at least a few minutes of time delay.

The connection to Mars isn't great, transmitting a video in this high quality takes a while. Additionally, there is a ~12 minute signal delay between earth and mars.

There is air. The parachute is used to slow the spacecraft down before backshell separation and powered flight.

Yeah I’m fairly sure this is them when they reacted to the news once they got it and then is spliced in a pleasing manner to make the video better
No one has claimed that this was in realtime. The video was downloaded a day or so after the landing and this video was made from it, interspersed with the commentary from Mission Control.
A perfect example that when humans follow their dreams, they make dreams come true. Congratulations to the Perseverance team!
